Franciska Coleman, Assistant Professor of Constitutional Law at the University of Wisconsin Law School, discusses the anatomy of “cancel culture” or social regulation of speech, as she puts it. Coleman explains what exactly social regulation of speech is, how people think it works, how it actually works and the best practices “we as citizens can engage in when we are asked to engage in social regulation of speech.”
