Rikers Island Documentary

“Rikers: An American Jail,” is a Bill Moyers Documentary that looks at the horrible conditions suffered by some of those incarcerated at the New York City jail. Moyers will discuss the documentary and prison reform, along with Scott Decker, a Foundation Professor of Criminology and Criminal Justice at Arizona State University, and James Hamm, a former inmate who now works for prisoners’ rights with the group Middle Ground Prison Reform. Moyers also talks about the current political scene, including his criticism of President Trump.
