History of Arizona Water Policy

Water policy has made headlines lately, with the recent approval of a Drought Contingency Plan by the legislature and the governor. On Statehood Day we’ll discuss the history of water management in Arizona, which goes back to territorial days. We’ll learn more from Frank Barrios, a former member of the Central Arizona Project governing board.
