Phoenix city council approves community review board for police oversight

In a 5-4 vote after a four-hour meeting, the Phoenix city council approved a community review board for police oversight. The board will be able to recommend investigations of complaints against police. We’ll talk more about the decision with local attorney and former police officer Anthony Ramirez of Warnock MacKinlay Law.
