State legislature considers new budget in light of pandemic

The state legislature is looking to pass a bare-bones budget in the next few days as lawmakers try to ensure that the state has the funds it needs to operate during the COVID-19 outbreak. It’s also a way to keep legislators away from the crowded capitol for health reasons. Howie Fischer of Capital Media Services gives us an update.
