A town hall is being held this evening in the valley to discuss issues of racial injustice, police brutality and gun violence. One of the participants will be Donshay Johnson, the brother of Dion Johnson, who was shot and killed by a DPS officer last month, sparking local protests. Tonight’s event is sponsored by NextGen America, which focuses on the black community, and march for our lives, which calls for gun control. Horizonte host Jose Cardenas spoke with NextGen America’s Kristi Johnston.
