Immigration Law: Changes and Court Challenges

The first lawsuits challenging Arizona’s new illegal immigration law were filed in federal court. There were also changes made as to how police will enforce it. Attorneys Stephen Montoya, Ben Miranda and Levi Bolton, consultants with the Phoenix Law Enforcement Association, discuss Senate Bill 1070.
