Silvana Salcido Esparza is one of the state’s most celebrated chefs, she’s been nominated multiple time for the prestigious James Beard award including a nomination this year. But like all restaurant owners, she’s facing the challenge of staying in business during the COVID-19 crisis. She spoke with Horizonte host Jose Cardenas.
