“Horizonte” examines issues of particular interest to Arizona’s Hispanic community. Anaya interviews experts on subjects from public policy to education to arts and culture, with new voices, new perspectives and new energy.

Skin color impacts the lives of Latinos across the U.S. Many Latinos view skin color as a factor affecting their chances to become successful. According to a Pew Research study, 62% of Latinos say having a darker skin color hurts their ability to get ahead.
