In this episode of “Playlist 48,” Krystal Baker, singer-songwriter, and Sturgis Waters, both guitarists, are a married couple that make up an acoustic band duo called The Waters. Based out of Phoenix, Arizona, they share their love of music with a progressive folk-rock style.
