‘Horizonte’ talks with chef Silvana Salcido Esparza about her new memoir

Local celebrity chef Silvana Salcido Esparza has written a memoir about her path to becoming a chef. Esparza will join “Horizonte” to discuss her new book as well as the racism and homophobia she’s faced both inside and outside the culinary world.
