June 13

“Building Chernobyl’s Megatomb”
Engineers race to build a massive dome to contain the crumbling remains of Chernobyl’s reactor. (Also Fri. 6/15 at 2 a.m.; Sun. 6/17 at 1 p.m.) Watch via Passport.

“Super Tunnel”
Follow an army of engineers and designers as they tackle the complex challenge of building Crossrail, a massive new subterranean railway deep beneath the streets of London. (Also Fri. 6/22 at 2 a.m.; Sun. 6/24 at 1 p.m.) Watch via Passport.

“Rise of the Superstorms” – New
Dive into the devastation wrought by Hurricanes Harvey, Irma and Maria. How can scientists better predict these storms, and what does the 2017 season tell us about the likelihood of similar storms in the future? (Also Fri. 6/29 at 2 a.m.) Watch it here.
