Phoenix’s first Latina councilmember speaks on Women’s History Month

In honor of Women’s History Month, we spoke to several women in Arizona about the state’s past, present and future. We spoke to Mary Rose Wilcox, the first Latina to serve on the Phoenix City Council and the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors.
Wilcox spoke about what Women’s History Month means to her and her rise in the political scene.
