‘Nature’ presents ‘Willow: Diary of a Mountain Lion’

Wednesday, October 29 at 7 p.m.

In a decade-long study, the secret lives of mountain lions in Montana are uncovered. Captured from over 200 trail cameras, follow along as orphaned female lion, Willow, and her cubs survive in the Sapphire Mountains. The film captures never-before-seen behaviors as Willow and her cubs come across the rest of the forest world.

This one of a kind finding includes hours of footage, research and genetic sampling and captures extraordinary moments in the wild. Alongside Willow’s story, the film also features parallel stories of a fox family who needs to fight off a mountain lion to survive.
