A battle has been raging all week between the Governor and the Legislature over funding for English leaner programs in Arizona. The Governor has already vetoed two bills passed by lawmakers. Representatives Linda Lopez and Tom Boone will talk about the issue as we wrap up our series “Legislature 2006” on the top issues before the legislature.
