English Learners program

The English Learners Program once again became an issue, with a U.S. Court ruling that the State Government needs to come up with a comprehensive plan by the end of the legislative session. Tim Hogan, Executive Director of the Arizona Center for Law in the Public Interest was on hand to discuss this ruling and its impacts.
