Scottsdale Proposition 420 would protect desert preserve

If approved by voters, Proposition 420 in Scottsdale would require the permission of voters before anything could be built inside the McDowell Sonoran Preserve. We hear from Howard Myers, founder and president of Protect Our Preserve.
