United States Supreme Court preview

The United States Supreme Court’s new session is underway, with a new justice on the bench. Justice Brett Kavanaugh was confirmed after an extremely contentious confirmation process. This session, the court is expected to take up cases on gerrymandering, double jeopardy and more. We get a preview on the session from Arizona State University law professor Paul Bender and Stephen Montoya, a partner at Montoya, Lucero and Pastor.
