Arizona Superintendent of Public Instruction-Elect Kathy Hoffman

Democrat Kathy Hoffman was declared the winner of the Arizona Superintendent of Public Instruction race by the Associated Press, becoming the first democrat to hold the office since 1995. She beat Republican Frank Riggs by over 54,000 votes.
