Western states agree to plan on Colorado River water

The seven Western states that rely on Colorado River water have completed work on a plan to protect the river during our long drought. The next step is for the states to push for federal legislation to implement the drought plan. We get an update from Sarah Porter, director of the Kyl Center for Water Policy at Arizona State University’s Morrison Institute.
