Bill changes retirement plans

Last week the U.S. House of Representatives passed a bill that would make significant changes to retirement plans. The changes would make it easier for small businesses to offer 401Ks and would allow workers to guarantee an income using annuities. Jay Spector, a certified financial planner with Barton Spector Wealth Strategies, explains how the new rules work.
