Former Justice John Paul Stevens passes

Former United States Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens has passed at the age of 99. Stevens was appointed by Republican President Gerald Ford but ended his term as the leader of the liberal wing of the court. We hear more about Stevens from Stephen Montoya of Montoya, Lucero, Pastor. Montoya tried a case before the Supreme Court while Stevens was still a sitting justice.
