New Arizona Supreme Court Chief Justice

Arizona has a new State Supreme Court chief justice. Robert Brutinel, a Republican who was sworn in recently and replaces former chief justice Scott Bales, who was a Democrat. Brutinel, who says he does not plan any major changes, talks about his new role and his direction for the court.
