Soil stabilizer to minimize dust blowing on I-10

More from this show

Blowing dust can be a deadly hazard to motorists, reducing visibility to nearly zero at times. In an effort to minimize dust storms along Interstate 10 in Pinal County, the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality recently applied soil stabilizer to 98 acres of open or disturbed desert in Pinal County, reducing the chances for dust being blown up from that land.
