State officials urge schools to help make sure kids get vaccinated

Arizona Superintendent of Public Instruction Kathy Hoffman and Director of Arizona Department of Health Services Dr. Cara Christ have sent a letter to schools, urging them to support an effort to make sure students are vaccinated. Both noted in the letter vaccine coverage among school-age children in Arizona continues to decline.
