Teacher shortage continues in Arizona

A new survey shows the teacher shortage continues to be severe in Arizona despite higher pay for teachers. The Arizona School Personnel Administrators Association survey shows a 21% teacher vacancy rate across the state, and a high number of vacancies being filled by those who do not meet state certification requirements.
