Local Police Chief Issues

Police chiefs in the Phoenix area have been facing various issues recently, with Phoenix police chief Jeri Williams firing a fifth police officer for misconduct, Mesa’s police chief stepping down and an ongoing investigation of the Goodyear police chief. We’ll hear about issues faced by police chiefs from William Terrill, Interim Associate Dean, at Arizona State University’s Watts College of Public Service and Community Solutions and a professor in the School of Criminology and Criminal Justice.

Travel back to 1969 with rock music icon John Fogerty

Celebrate the 50th anniversary of Fogerty’s iconic songbook, which was written, recorded and released in 1969, and see the original Acme guitar and amp used at the band’s Woodstock performance. Featuring a montage of vintage photography, the program also includes stories from the band’s set at the festival and anecdotes from Fogerty’s musical journey over the past five decades.
