Murmuration

More from this show

Murmuration is a one of a kind outdoor art installation that wraps around the outside of the Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art. It is produced by the U-K artist collective, SquidSoup. The art piece is a series of 800 lights connected cables and supported by audio—all designed to mimic the way birds flock and move in flight. It was all funded by a Kickstarter campaign which was also a first for SMoCA. The installation is in support of SMoCA’s 20th anniversary.
