One of the hardest hits segments of the local economy is the service industry, with many states around the country and a number of Arizona cities asking bars and restaurants to restrict hours and limit service. How are these establishments handling all this? We talk with Chef Mark Tarbell, host of “Plate & Pour” on Arizona PBS, and owner of Tarbell’s restaurant in Phoenix.
