Fighting cabin fever can be tough trying to follow stay at home orders, but imagine the isolation of spending 6 months in a spacecraft. Colonel Cady Coleman knows what that’s like. She spend 180 days on the international space station and she has some thoughts on how to handle what is happening now here on Earth.
