Restaurants prepare to potentially reopen in May

Governor Ducey yesterday extended the state’s stay-at-home order through May 15th, but the governor also announced a best-case scenario for restaurants that could allow dine-in service to return even sooner. Earlier today, we spoke with the state restaurant association’s president and CEO, Steve Chucri, and Michael Rusconi, owner and chef at Rusconi’s American Kitchen.
