Slowing the spread of COVID-19 in state prisons

A new study suggests that releasing thousands of inmates is the only way to keep COVID-19 from decimating the state’s prison population. The study is by forward-dot-us and we talked to the group’s research and policy director for criminal justice reform, Felicity Rose.
