Arizona Superintendent of Public Instruction on school reopening guidelines

The state health department released a set of guidelines and benchmarks for schools districts to consider when deciding on when to reopen classrooms for in-person learning. There are a lot of questions about these guidelines, so we spoke with state Superintendent of Public Instruction, Kathy Hoffman.
