More resources for small businesses and for communities of color during the pandemic. Those are just some of the issues that community leaders want addressed by lawmakers this legislative session. We spoke with Roy Tatem, Jr., past president of the East Valley NAACP, and Monica Villalobos, President and CEO of the Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
