Foundation commits to donate $6 million for Native American students in Arizona

The Freeport-McMoRan Foundation has expanded its relationship with Education Forward Arizona. It has committed $6 million to increase access to higher education for Native American students in Arizona, with a goal of helping 200 Native American students graduate by 2026. The investment will fund scholarships and support services, including mentoring sessions, enrollment counseling, academic tracking, financial aid advice, peer networking, and professional development.
