Student athletes to receive mental health training from Banner’s new sports psychologist

The Banner Sports Medicine High Performance Center has recently hired a sports psychologist to aid students in mental prep training.
Dr. Sierra Dimberg joined Arizona Horizon to talk about her unique position with the center and how training athletes for mental skills is just as important as physical for on-field success.
