Arizona Supreme Court limits abortions, activist supports decision

More from this show

The Arizona Supreme Court recently issued a landmark ruling that effectively bans all abortions within the state, except in cases where the procedure is necessary to save the life of the mother. Cathi Herrod, a prominent pro-life activist and President of Center for Arizona Policy, joined us for a discussion on this significant legal development.

Herrod applauded the decision, describing it as both the correct ruling and the appropriate legal outcome. According to Herrod, the justices were primarily focused on determining which specific law would be enacted to govern abortion practices in the state.
