Arizona ranks 42nd in child well-being, advocates demand action

According to the annual Kids Count report conducted by the Annie E. Casey Foundation, Arizona ranks 42nd in child well-being.

January Contreras, Executive Director of Children’s Action Alliance, joined “Arizona Horizon” to talk about what she and other children’s advocates would like to see from the Arizona Legislature in 2025.

The Children’s Action Alliance advocates for legislation want to improve conditions for children and families and fight against bills that will cause them harm.
