More from this show

In this episode of “Arizona Horizon,” we hear from Evelyn Farkas, Executive Director of the McCain Institute, as she discusses the future of the war between Ukraine and Russia. President Trump claimed an energy ceasefire was reached between Ukraine and Russia and that he made a deal with Russia for diesel. However, following this claim, Ukraine bombed Russian bot farms.

We also sit down with Dr. Giuseppe Mascaro, the principal investigator for this plan through ASU’s Water Institute and Global Futures Laboratory, to learn about a project aimed at better understanding how much water is in Arizona’s groundwater basins. With growing drought concerns and limited water resources, three Arizona universities working to capture more water for Arizona.

Finally, Larry Aldrich, an Independent voter, Kevin Lake, a left-leaning voter, and Kim Owens, a right-leaning voter joined “Arizona Horizon” to discuss their concerns over new Medicare and other healthcare plans set to start in 2027.
