More from this show

Proposition 300 was approved by Arizona voters in the November election. The Proposition stops undocumented immigrants from taking adult education classes and prevents them from paying in-state tuition at colleges. It also bans illegal immigrants from receiving state financial aid or child care subsidies. Arizona Rep. David Lujan has introduced a bill that would ask voters to give in-state tutition to undocumented immigrants. Horizonte talks to Rep. Lujan and State Rep.
