Proposition 300 was approved by Arizona voters in the November election. The Proposition stops undocumented immigrants from taking adult education classes and prevents them from paying in-state tuition at colleges. It also bans illegal immigrants from receiving state financial aid or child care subsidies. Arizona Rep. David Lujan has introduced a bill that would ask voters to give in-state tutition to undocumented immigrants. Horizonte talks to Rep. Lujan and State Rep.
