Proposition 300 was approved by Arizona voters in the November election. The Proposition stops undocumented immigrants from taking adult education classes and prevents them from paying in-state tuition at colleges. It also bans illegal immigrants from receiving state financial aid or child care subsidies. Arizona Rep.
