PRC is dedicated to revitalizing neighborhoods with community improvement projects. Examples are Central City South, a community located immediately south of the Phoenix Downtown Business District and the Arizona State Capitol Mall. Eva Ordóñez Olivas, executive director and CEO, discusses PRC projects and the importance of improving neighborhoods.
