The Arizona Latino School Board Association (ALSBA) held its official kick-off event. The group plans to focus on education issues affecting Arizona’s Hispanic population. Stephanie Parra, ALSBA founding board member and Phoenix Union High School District Governing Board member and Arizona Senator Martin Quezada, who is also a Pendergast Elementary School District Governing Board member and ALSBA founding board member talk about the association.
