More from this show

Arizona’s teacher shortage continues. The Arizona School Personnel Administrators Association’s survey reveals that 23 percent of teacher vacancies in the state this year still remain unfilled. It also showed that more than half the vacancies are filled by teachers who do not meet standard teacher certification requirements. We’ll hear more from association president Laura Elizondo, who is also human resources director of the Avondale Elementary School District.
