Elevate MeD develops interest in medicine for minority students

ElevateMeD is a nonprofit that helps encourage more minority students interested in the field of medicine. They provide mentorship, leadership development and financial assistance. Dr. Alyx Porter Umphrey, one of the founders of ElevateMeD, talks about the organization.
