Lidia travels the heartland to celebrate American holiday feasts

Join Emmy and James Beard Award-winning chef Lidia Bastianich as she travels to the heartland of America Tuesday, Dec. 18, at 8 p.m., immersing herself in diverse cultures that provide inspiration for the holidays.

This multi-cultural experience celebrates the diversity in America. Bastianich takes a culinary journey that will seat us at the table of families all across rural and urban America. From east to west, north to south, experience along with Lidia the diverse melting pot that is America. This journey is a deeply personal journey that allows her to share her culinary traditions, heritage and history with others who also have great stories to tell.
