President Trump is scheduled to deliver the 2019 State of the Union address live Tuesday, Feb. 5, at 7 p.m. It is scheduled to be addressed to the 116th Congress, and will be Trump’s second State of the Union address and his third speech to a joint session of the United States Congress.
Live coverage of the State of the Union address will be followed by the Democratic response and analysis from the PBS NewsHour team.
