Volunteer Account Access & Shift Sign-Up Directions

Thank you so much for applying to become a volunteer with Arizona PBS! We are thrilled to welcome you to this vital community that supports efforts at the station, and around the state, on behalf of the services offered for all ages.

Please follow each of these steps to select the date(s) and shift time(s) you are available to volunteer. From time to time, we will post new opportunities, so we encourage you to check back into the online system from time to time. If you have opted into receiving email, texts, or phone calls, staff at Arizona PBS will connect with you to share upcoming activities as well.

Step 1
Open your internet browser to the following website: https://azpbs.org/volunteer and click on the button “Current Volunteer Login.”

Step 2
The online system will create an account for you based on the information you provided during the application process. Please simply click “Need a password.”

Step 3
The “Need a password” button will take you to a screen asking you to input your email address. Please make sure to use the same email address you provided when you originally applied to be a volunteer. Then Click “Go” button.

Step 4
Go to your email and look for a message sent from “Arizona PBS” or“VolunteerMail@Volgistics.com.” It will provide your login name (email address) and provide a URL for you to click to provide a new password.

Step 5
The screen should now say “Welcome” and your name. Create a new password and confirm. Then Click “Go” button.

Step 6
Your screen should now look like the following below. Click the “My Schedule” tab to view volunteer shift opportunities.

Step 7
You can view available opportunities to sign up on the calendar. Select the date and shift you are interested in by clicking the yellow “Help Wanted” buttons.

Step 8
Once you select the date and shift time, you will be taken to a confirmation screen. Click “Yes” to confirm or “No” to return and select something different. If you are finished selecting your choices, click “Exit.”
