Enjoy a Ken Burns marathon on Labor Day

Starting Monday, Sept. 7 at 11 a.m. and 7 p.m., Arizona PBS will air a Ken Burns marathon full of fan favorites.

11 a.m. / 7 p.m. – Ken Burns: The Civil War: Celebrate the 25th anniversary of the landmark series in September 2015 with this in-depth overview of the iconic documentary. See video clips and interviews with Ken Burns, Geoffrey Ward, Ric Burns, Buddy Squires and others.

1 p.m. / 9 p.m. – Ken Burns: The National Parks: Explore the beauty and grandeur of our nation’s magnificent parks, from Acadia to Yosemite, Yellowstone to the Grand Canyon. Filmmakers Burns and Dayton Duncan vividly reveal fascinating behind-the-scenes stories about the making of the series.

3 p.m. / 11 p.m. – Ken Burns: Country Music: Join host Kathy Mattea to learn more about the making of the epic documentary series devotes to the history of this American art form.
