Catherine Anaya speaks with Elvia Diaz and Maritza Felix

Don’t miss the season premiere of ‘Horizonte’

Saturday, February 7 at 6 p.m.

As the media landscape continues to change, we are seeing more independent journalists. In this episode of “Horizonte,” we talk with two Hispanic independent journalists to discuss how their work is putting a spotlight on ICE raids and other issues important to the Hispanic community.

We talk with former “Arizona Republic” columnist Elvia Diaz, who hosts the podcast NOTAS Elvia Diaz, which provides analysis of Arizona and national news in English and Spanish, and Maritza Felix, the founder of Conecta Arizona, which provides news to Arizona and Sonora residents.

Examining issues of particular interest to Arizona’s Hispanic community, “Horizonte” host Catherine Anaya interviews experts on a variety of subjects.
