‘Horizonte’ examines high rates of Hispanic children in foster care

On this episode of “Horizonte,” we talk with Luis De La Cruz, President and CEO of the Arizona Friends of Foster Children Foundation, about those numbers and the programs the foundation has developed to help connect Hispanic kids with their culture.
